The Sony Ericsson C702a can best be described as an exclusive camera phone. It sports a 3.2 megapixel camera with an integrated camera key and is specially designed for one hand picture taking. It is covered with steady grip materials and comes with a wrist strap for on the go users. It is the first to offer both Geo tagging and face focus capabilities. Geo tagging automatically adds location information to photo snaps, while face focus automatically detects a face in the view and sharpens the camera’s focus on it.
The camera on the Sony Ericsson C702a also includes a flash function, a 2x zoom, and auto focus. The Sony Ericsson C702a also includes a photo fix option, picture blogging capabilities, and a video recorder. One can also have fun using its video calling function.
The Sony Ericsson C702aalso offers GPS support as well as some ground breaking location-based imaging services. For example, when a user takes a photo, Geo tagging automatically adds information about where he/she is in the world. Google Maps for Mobile is also included to help users find their way. The GPS can then pinpoint locations and give turn for turn voice guidance to over 20 million points of interest.

The phone includes a li-ion battery that provides up to 7 hours of talk time! It also has 150 MB of internal memory with an expandable memory with a Micro Stick.
The main screen supports 262,000 colors (TFT), with 240 by 320 pixels of resolution. The Sony Ericsson C702a also sports an MP3 player and an FM radio.

This is a great phone for any on the go traveler! Not only does it provide great GPS and Google Maps service, but it can also tag photos according to where they were taken! This can save a lot of guesswork later on. Talk time is also great, at around 7 hours. The Sony Ericsson C702a is a great camera phone and multimedia device. It is well worth it.
