Nokia 6800 Review

Nokia 6800 Review

Anyone using this phone for work-related activities, as well as those activities that are personal, there is a calendar that allows for easy storage of important times and dates. It can be synced up to Outlook, and is also works quite well in cooperation with the Nokia PC Suite software that is can be downloaded directly from Nokia's website. You can view daily entries, as well as an entire month. Storing and using phone numbers and email address's with the  Nokia 6800  is also quite easy. Up to 500 contacts can be stored in the phone's address book. And, as an added bonus, each contact can e associated with multiple phone numbers. There is also a Notes feature that allows the users to include any pertinent information needed about each contact. The user can also use the Notepad application to store longer notes that aren't associated with a specific contact. Each note can be fairly long, allowing up to 3,000 characters to be stored.

As aforementioned, the color screen offered with the  Nokia 6800  allows users to see quite clearly. It has 128 x 128 pixels, and up to 4,096 colors can be seen on its extremely high-resolution color display. Navigating through the phone's features is easy with the use of the four-way joystick. If a user prefers not to have the phone ring, there is a vibrator option, as well as a vibrator alert option. The phone is small, weighing in at just 4.3 ounces, so it is lightweight enough to take just about anywhere easily and comfortably. Users will get quite a bit of life out of each battery charge. The phone averages about 4 and a half hours of talk time, and about 10 days of standby time, which are both very good totals compared to other similar mobile phones on the market today. Both users and potential 6800 users will be happy to learn that the phone will also soon be able to synchronize, much like the BlackBerry is able to do.

The  Nokia 6800 , also referred to as a Messaging Device, is the perfect mobile phone for anyone who is on the go, yet needs to find a way to stay connected to friends, family, and co-workers. Users can either opt to use it as a regular phone, or can flip it open to reveal the keyboard that makes sending text messages and emails messages very easy. What makes it so great is the ability to send SMS and MMS messages, as well as emails to anyone a user may which. In addition, unlimited GPRS can be purchased from any user's mobile phone service provider. However, since this phone's radio feature can only used in conjunction with headphones, it isn't recommended for anyone interested in having a wonderful media player that can easily be used just about anywhere without any phone accessories.
