The Motorola SLVR L7 defines sleek concept design. Made of shiny black metal and plastic, this cell phone has an internal antenna and still only weighs 96 grams this is possibly the slimmest of all the cell phones and its measurements are only 114x49 x12mm. The Motorola SLVR L7's design includes sleek metal housing, a vivid color display and. a precision cut, blue illuminated keypad. The keypad has large keys that are easy to use. One drawback seems to be that this phone scratches easily. However, a light plastic coating has been added to give this phone durability With all of these sleek design extras, the consumer could get the idea that this phone is just "another pretty face". Don't be fooled, this cell phone is loaded with the latest, wireless technology.

The  Motorola SLVR L7 is a class 10, quad band, cell phone with GSM 850/900/1800/1900 network support and 5 way keypad navigation. Class 2 Bluetooth enables smooth, wireless communication functions. An infrared port is not available with this phone, however, a mini, internal; USB port comes standard and is used for connecting the cell phone to personal computers and Mac computers.

The Motorola SLVR L7 has a large display screen (176x220 pixels) that is brightly lit with an incredible 262000 colors (TFT). The large text and brightly lit screen give this phone easy readability in full sun. Optional downloads are available and include wallpapers, screensavers and games with J2ME MIDP 2.0 support for application.

MP3 comes standard on the Motorola SLVR L7. MP3 is compatible with iTunes for downloading songs and ring tones. The user can store up to 700 incredible hours of music with this phone. A one touch music key allows for easy access to this cell phone's music features. One drawback is that this phone is a bit sluggish when downloading music.
This cell phone is equipped with hands free and speaker phones; thus allowing the user to do several different things at once. The SLVR L7 is crammed full of time saving extra's such as a calculator, a to do list, voice commands, a calendar, an alarm clock, and an address book that holds 1000 entries. Photos may be attached to addresses and phone numbers. Easy access buttons are located on the outside of the phone.
