Motorola Hollywood / E815 Review

Motorola Hollywood / E815 Review

Those who want a mobile phone that can not only meet their communication needs but be able to take them to the next level of technology by providing the service of rapid downloading and Internet connection with broadband connectivity than you should definitely get a Motorola Hollywood / E815. The phone also comes with other great features such as the 1.3 mega pixel camera, MP3 player, Bluetooth connectivity and excellent storage with a phone book that can store up to 1000 contacts and don't forget the EVDO technology (Evolution for Data only) which will make users feel like a movie star themselves each time they use the phone.

This is also the perfect phone for users who want to use their phone to take pictures and send it to websites as the Mega pixel camera produces quite amazing pictures with its 4 times zoom, a flash, a 5 to 10 second timer and the three color modes of Black and White, Antique and Negative. It produces only the best pictures by allowing users to adjust the brightness as well as giving them an option to choose from resolutions starting from 1,280 x 1,024pixel up to 160 x 120pixel. The EVDO technology will enable users or mobbloggers to send their pictures super fast to websites but it is still can't match the speediness of phones that are using the 1xRTT technology. The shape of the phone enables you to catch photos single handed and ensures your hand does not block the camera even though it is located so close to the hinge.

Other than that users can add in their personal touch to the phone by assigning the snapshots that were taken to specific contacts like their loved ones or they can use the images as screensavers or wallpapers. Impressing friends by sending them photos via the multimedia messaging feature or by just e-mailing them the photos is something users get to do in a just a few minutes. If users want to print or preserve their master-piece snapshots all they need to do is download the images to their computer via the TransFlash card or they can opt to transfer the images to another device by using Bluetooth. There is also a video recorder that allows users to get a video clips at a duration of 15 seconds with sound.

Talking about style the phone comes in a silver and gray color with the form of a clamshell, a stub antenna and a flip design. It could be considered as large but still not huge with the weight of 4.60 ounces or 130g and measuring 94 x 50 x 26 mm. It can still be squeezed into a jeans pocket with a little effort but users may not find it comfortable if it were to remain there the whole day so don't let its small and slender look deceive you, as although the phone is not so heavy it is still weighty giving users a solid feel.
