HTC Touch-DUAL Review

HTC Touch-DUAL Review

One of the nice things about the new HTC Touch-DUAL is that it is very easy to operate. A quick flick of the thumb will reveal the touch screen and immediate access to all the features offered by the unit. Along with all the basic functions that are found on just about all phones, the Touch-DUAL also offers keyboard that is accessed by simply sliding the view screen to one side. The keyboard makes it very easy to work through emails, type responses to instant messages, and get to all the stored music files on the unit.

The HTC Touch-DUAL 'scamera features a full color resolution that makes taking pictures a breeze. It is also possible to manually adjust the settings, allowing the ability to zoom in and out, edit the pictures, and even create a slideshow file using saved images. Internet access makes for immediate use of MSN Messenger, as well as making it possible to bookmark your favorite sites.

Pros
Thin and small design makes for easy transport, but does not affect sturdy construction
Internet functions at high speed, which makes browsing a lot of fun
Features can be easily accessed

Cons
Keyboard is small, which may turn off some users
May not work with all types of instant messaging programs
Not compatible with some software programs which business users may want to load

Final Word
The HTC Touch DUAL is an excellent option, though it does have some limitations. Checking the unit out thoroughly before purchase is a good idea, so that the user can make sure he or she can live within the broad perimeters of what the Touch DUAL can do.
