Nice design, and it makes excellent use of the Windows Mobile smartphones

High quality camera and splendid display

Doesn’t perform as well as it should in the calling department
The navigation wheel could have been tighter
Doesn’t perform up to par when several applications are being used at once

The HTC Shadow is perfect for those white-collar up-and-comers, who are ready for the next step in cell phone technology, but not in need of one completely centered on business features.
