Motorola Announces USBw100 WiMax Adapter
If you're tempted to buy into WiMax technology but don’t want to purchase a whole new computer to partake,In a press release ahead of next week's WiMax World industry event, Motorola has announced the forthcoming launch of the USBw100 WiMax adapter intended for desktops and laptops without internal radios.
The USBw100 WiMax adapter features support for WiMax on the 2.3, 2.5, and 3.5 Ghz bands used widely around the world and features a multiple antenna design that is best optimized when paired with its Diversity Access Point (DAP)/Wireless Access Point dual antenna base stations as well as GPS support. 
The USBw100 WiMax adapter is expected to be available in the 4th quarter of the year with no pricing details at this time. We're all giddy in anticipation.
